this is how you gain weight
remember when i said i gained five pounds?
well, i in no way was surprised! and honestly, i can’t really blame it on the holidays because while i did eat a lot in california- i was eating mostly healthy korean foods!
instead it was my crazing eating right before flying out. visiting my parents always gets me stressed, which leads to weird eating and sleeping habits. also, not to be TMI, but my cycle has been so out of whack the last two months and i’m trying to listen to my body (cravings, exhaustion, etc) but it’s been hard to follow! lastly, right before i left…i cooked large portions of easy to freeze and reheat foods for tommy to eat while i was away…and none of it was healthy!

i told you! i wasn’t joking! if you’re wondering how i didn’t gain MORE weight…it’s because of my veggie burger addiction. i probably one for atleast one meal everyday for a couple weeks! (and i did eat some other “healthy” things in between too…)
🙂 yum those sandwich/burgers are making me hungry! i’m really looking forward to making my own veggie patties…i think i’m going to give it a try tomorrow! i’m all caught up with my pictures so i will have a fresh start and will now give an honest attempt to blog on time! plus, did you notice i changed around the look a bit? i like it!
