i had one of my korean “saeng shik” shakes today. it’s freeze dried raw foods powder that i blended with soy milk and berries.


and for lunch i had the second half of my boloco burrito and orange slices.


yeah, not very exciting. i’ve been feeling so emo lately. like i want to stay in bed, listen to death cab and write journal entries about how the sun shines too brightly when the world is sad. okay, not that kinda emo…but i’m in a slump that needs to end because i’m annoying myself with my lack of motivation.

tom should be home in 20 minutes so i’m putting work on hold (for another day-eek) and convincing him to take a nice long walk with me. i think some fresh (cold) air and vitamin d will do me good!

what do you do to snap out of a bad mood?

    It’s hard for me to snap out of a bad mood! Sometimes exercise will do it, although sometimes that just makes it worse if I have a bad workout! Sometimes you just need to ride it out.
    Althoug, burritos might do the trick, too 😉
