i had a big yummy salad for dinner. this lovely plate had romaine, apple and beet slices, red onion, gorgonzola and croutons for some extra crunch!

for dessert, i made myself another snack bowl. this time with pb puffins i shared a little bit with the bf.

i still feel like i could eat a little something more…i’ll probably have a small bowl of yogurt after yoga if i’m still hungry. wish me a good yoga session- my goal is to get through this one dvd without toppling over!

*edited to add: i ended up having half an apple with a slice of cheese after yoga.

Wow good for you about sticking with the yoga- I’m such a bum about it! Tried it once, didn’t like it, and just can’t get myself to give it another shot.

I love apples (or fruit of any kind) in my salads! It always perks it right up. And I love those little dressing packets–instant portion control!
