i had a saeng shik (korean raw food powder) shake in the morning. i threw in some strawberries that may have been past their prime. not the best idea ever but i managed to get it down.
we’re low on food so my lunch is kinda lame. if i was a bit more motivated, i could have come up with a decent lunch…but i’m saving that energy for dinner. instead, i took the easy route and had a random plate of things that need to be eaten up.
turkey sandwich, hard boiled egg, sweet radish kimchi, and a vegan almond apricot cookie.
ack! i’m definitely picking up fresh produce while i’m out! catch ya later bloggies!
