oh man, i was hungry today! i feel like all i did was sleep and eat all day long. before every meal and snack, i hesitated with “i shouldn’t be eating this much” but in the end i just went with it.
breakfast: toast topped with eggs over easy, avocado and salsa
lunch: banana bread and mighty maple peanut butter and yogurt!
afternoon snack: wasa with even more pb & co peanut butters (white choc wonderful, dark choc dreams, mighty maple)
second snack (a couple hours later): wasa with avocado and a french macaron
dinner: vegan sweet potato lentil chili (thank god for freezing leftovers!) topped with the last of my avocado, sriracha and a dollop of nf plain yogurt
dessert: cherry pie larabar
i loved everything i ate today, so i’m not going to regret being a grazing hungry monster….but would you believe i’m still hungry? it’s been about two hours since dinner, and i’ve been drinking lots of water…might have to do something about it 😀
