i had another pb & jelly yogurt this morning…plain nf yogurt, banana, raspberry preserves and crumbled peanut butter cookie larabar. i’m so glad i finished off this tub of yogurt. i promised myself i couldn’t buy any other yogurts until this was done. let’s just say i’ve been looking pretty pathetic as i slowly pass the greek yogurts in the store.

lunch was pretty good too. i made a burrito with my vegan sweet potato lentil chili. i topped it with even more raw onion after the pic. i love raw onion! do you?

i also had celery sticks with pb. i finished off the cinnamon raisin swirl, and most of the crunch time. those are the only two flavors i had, but i love seeing all the little containers together. my little stash makes me happy!

my afternoon snack was a banana. i attempted to make banana cookies for this week’s bsi, but totally forgot to add the egg, and they came out a failure. i still ate one though, but i’m not picturing it because it’s too embarrassing! they’re just really gummy, and i need to figure out what to do with the rest…

we had a turkey kielbasa for dinner with sauteed spinach and mashed sweet potato topped with a bit of cottage cheese. you know, i used to hate turkey versions of products after a bad turkey burger..but it’s really grown on me. especially when it’s well seasoned, you can’t tell the difference between ground turkey and beef.

oh, i have to share something! i have a laptop notebook burn on my left thigh! isn’t that crazy? i didn’t know it could happen…i noticed my leg was really blotchy the other day, but just assumed it was dirty or something. anyway…after it wouldn’t come off and ruling out that i’m dying (that’s usually the first thing i jump to when anything is wrong with my body- morbid, no?)…i came across this site. my thigh is all blotchy and i have swollen bug bites all over both legs…soo gross, and not what i want my legs to look like especially in warm weather šŸ˜¦ boo! anyways, just thought i’d share so the same thing doesn’t happen to you…remember it’s a notebook, not a laptop!

Yummy PB&J yogurt! I love the sweet potato lentil chili burritos. I have a pretty good recipe for yam lentil chili. Two great ingredients.

Yikes – I have a MacBook, and I’ve been known to rest it on my lap. Thanks for this info!

Fabulous idea to eat the chili in a tortilla – I like raw onions in (very) small amounts.

I am a fan of turkey kielbasa – the real deal is too rich for me, so the turkey version is perfect.

Sue, I know EXACTLY what you mean about yogurt. Regardless of how many tubs I have sitting in my fridge at home, I find myself wistfully staring at the yogurt display when grocery shopping šŸ˜‰

i love raw onion, too! as well as your burrito concoction šŸ™‚

and way to make the pb&co treats last! next time i go, i’m all about the sampler. it’s def the best deal.

re: banana cookies — you could blend them into oatmeal! or just break them into pieces to use on top of oatmeal. OR use them to make banana bread pudding!
