raw snack of the day for the final raw wednesday: frozen pineapple
that held me over until about 7PM when i suddenly realized how hungry i was. i got caught up watching a korean movie online and forgot to start dinner!
i had this almond odwalla bar while trying to come up with something quick for dinner.
for dinner i had corn, oven baked red potato wedges and a vegan soy burger. i don’t know if this was freezer burned or i just over cooked it but the burger tasted like what i would imagine dog food would taste like. blech. i couldn’t eat more than two bites so i had some more potato wedges.
very yellow eats til then, eh? i switched up the color scheme for dessert 🙂 i froze the leftover smoothie from breakfast and popped it into a bowl and waited for it to slush up. yum yum!
well, if my dinner wasn’t a sign that i need to go grocery shopping, i don’t know what is! i’m going to work on a meal plan for next week- i think it’ll help me refocus..and probably (hopefully) save some money. anyway, it’s bed time for this girl…see ya tomorrow with whatever i can scrape together for breakfast 🙂
