wow it’s been a while, hasn’t it? i’ve been keeping myself busy and i still have lots of work to do but i had to stop in to share today’s weigh-in! 126.8 lbs! it’s been soooo long since i’ve seen that number…it’s good to know all that time at the gym is paying off. in case you missed it, my goal is to lose five pounds this month, and get to 124 by august 31. i’m off to a good start, so i’m happy! also, to clarify…these aren’t the last five pounds (i wish!), i’m just trying to set small and realistic goals for myself.
and now, here are some meals:
breakfast: cinn raisin english muffin with 1/2 cup friendship 4% cottage cheese
lunch: salad + one lasagna noodle with sauce & cheese (i made a lasagna and had a noodle leftover- couldn’t let that go to waste!)
dinner: baked sweet potato topped with ricotta and marinara (i’m so in love with this combo!)
midnight snack: half an apple
sorry, i only have a pic of dinner! i was out all day and i hate bringing my clunky old camera with me 😦
dinner: chicken fajitas!
dessert: apple with peanut butter
well, i still have the weekend to recap…but i’ll have to save that for later. the pics took extra long to upload today and i need to get back to work!
