hey hey blogfriends!
i had the random-est breakfast yesterday!
i mean who wakes up and decides they want canned tuna?! well, i do apparently! i had a scoop of dry tuna over a canellini salad, carrot sticks and piece of apple.
and then i had a breakfast-y lunch!
raisin english muffin with apricot preserves n’ pb and a banana! there was some serious jar scraping involved to get out the last of the peanut butter so i need to buy a new jar asap! what’s your favorite brand of plain pb?
i also had some pineapple that wasn’t in the mood to be photographed.
and lastly, dinner was another random mix of foods on a plate.
baked beans, broccoli (with sriracha) and grilled onions. i went for seconds on the beans.
i had exciting plans for dessert but unfortunately i think i over fibered myself cus i was super bloat-y after dinner so that will have to wait for some other time. it’s just as well since i’ve skipped the gym for the last two days. long story short- my eye is irritated cus i stabbed it with my eyeliner (which i do way too often) and i just cannot work out in my glasses. instead i’ve been doing “tone at home exercises” that i’ve ripped out of old issues of self magazine which is good, but just not as satisfying as a sweaty cardio sesh, you know?
