today’s weigh in: 125.6! that was a pleasant surprise to see because i’ve been feeling crazy bloated the last couple days. ick!
so here are some of the bites i had today.
plain yogurt mixed with a chopped apple and topped with nature’s path raisin bran cereal.
yoga bread with avocado, cabbage, thousand island and tomato slices
insalada con tomatoes, avocado, red pepper, cucumber, carrots and cracked red pepper hummus. multiply the hummus pictured by two. yum!
