s’more please

guys, i just had a genius moment!

zap a spooky s’mores Z bar in the microwave for like 20 seconds and it turns into this yummy warm n’ gooey chocolaty dessert. why didn’t anyone tell me this before?

best discovery ever. you must try it!

earlier in the day, there were s’more good meals.

for brekkie, i had scrambled eggs and a banana but the pic is just a whole bunch of yellow on a plate, so we’ll skip that.

my lunch was delicious- i made mapo tofu last night with the remaining eggplant.

i sauteed eggplant, onions and bell pepper, added mapo sauce, threw in tofu and simmered until i got this gloppy mess.

it was perfect to scoop with lettuce!

the tofu was sue-per spicy though, so i had to eat a honey crisp to cool my mouth off afterwards…or maybe i just had one cus they’re so darn good.

my dinner was simple but satisfying…

i had a bowl of nature’s path pumpkin raising ker-runch with sliced bananas and soy milk and another honey crisp drizzed with almond butter.

and y’all know what dessert was already…

and now i have to go to bed! tomorrow i wake up one year older (and we can only hope wiser), and more importantly i get to eat cake and find out what’s in that nordies box (see honeycrisp picture). can’t wait! 🙂
