i’m trying to watch the office, and i’m horrible at multi-tasking, so i’ll just make this a quick post!
first of all, this post is going to look an awful like yesterdays…
breakfast: tj’s nonfat greek yogurt + nature’s path flax plus pumpkin raisin crunch + banana + chocolate chips.
lunch: split pea burger on an arnold’s sandwich thin with spinach, cilantro, avocado, onion, and tj’s yogurt dip.
it was so good, i had to have it two days in a row!
dessert: pumpkin ice cream + some pb and choco chips cus apparently something horrible will happen if i don’t get a chocolate fix every few hours! (speaking of which- so excited for vermont chocolate!!!)
i ate lunch really late, so i just had a banana and some chips and homemade guac + tj’s chunky salsa for “dinner”
i guess the insane amount of guacamole i ate on tuesday wasn’t enough.
these are a new product i tried: miguel’s organic everthing tortilla dippers.
they’re nice and hearty and have a slight nutty taste thanks to the seeds in it…check out the ingredients:
good stuff, right? and i love how they’re surfboard shaped- perfect for dipping!
